SHOPIFY/KLAVIYO/TECHNOLOGY SETUP & MAINTENANCE

SHOPIFY SETUP & CREATION

Complete setup, customization and launch of your store.  We’ll take care of all the technical aspects of creating, configuring and setting up your store.  From there we can continue to maintain your store for you, or we’ll glady train you in the day-to-day maintenance of the store.

KLAVIYO SETUP & CREATION

Setup and configuration of a Klaviyo account and integration with an online store (Shopify or WooCommerce).  Configuration of all email sending requirements (to meet the Google/Yahoo sender best practices). Maintenance, flow and segment creation as well.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Adding, removing, and updating products.  Changing prices. Template modifications. Creating new segments, and building/testing new flow automations. Maintenance for third-party services such as BookFunnel, BookVault, Printify, Teelauch or other POD services.

SHOPIFY STORE AUDIT

Pre-launch or post-launch.  An audit of your Shopify site that looks at multiple aspects of your site. We'll help insure your store is running efficiently, and following Shopiy's list of best practices.

Once complete you’ll get the report to use as you see fit. Plus, we’ll schedule a 1-hour Zoom call to walk you through the report.

Overview

Every business is unique.

Just like the authors, business people and entrepreneurs behind the store, every project has its unique aspects.

We’ll start out with a conversation to get a sense of what you’re looking for in your store, your direct sales goals and move on to what you will need for support and maintenance services for your site.  We’ll listen to what you are looking for and tell you more about us and our process and how it can make your life easier.

Part of this process will be to understand what your goals are for your site.  Sure, one of the key goals is (or should be) sales, but what else? Will your store be your primary or secondary way of selling to customers? Are you an author who embraces going wide with your business and wants your store to reflect that?  Are you a small business just getting started, or an established business looking for an additional sales channel? What are your long-term vs. short-term goals for your new products?

Once we chat, if we both feel it’s a good fit, we’ll move forward.

Security and Trust

ARE PRIORITIES FOR US

We’ve worked in the Information Technology industry for nearly 30 years, so security is of the utmost importance to us.

As such Iconic Elements is part of the Shopify Partner Program.

The Shopify Partner program is a Shopify-created program that allows partners secure access to customers’ stores without the need to share usernames and passwords.  Owners control what access partners receive in the store. Most importantly, access can be revoked at any time.

Normally, we’ll never need your Shopify username and password. This protects all your sensitive data and banking information.

Unfortunately, not all companies have something like Shopify’s Partner Program.  As such, we may occasionally need access to usernames and passwords for sites like BookFunnel, or Print On Demand (POD) vendors.  Some allow for team access, and whenever possible, we leverage those tools.  In the cases where we do need access to account info, we store the data in a system that uses best-in-class, 256-bit AES encryption. We never share your information and it is immediately deleted if we ever part ways.
