From general, day-to-day maintenance, to quarterly list cleaning (we recommend this) to creation of complex marketing/communication automations and, we have the experience to help you leverage this powerful tool. (*Please note: these costs do not include the monthly Klaviyo subscription fee, any fees associated with applications that may be installed, or fees from third-party vendors.)

MAINTENANCE & FLOW/SEGMENT DESIGN

$60/hour

Billed at our standard hourly rate.

Maintenance is billed in 15-minute increments and is generally preformed on Fridays.

Quarterly profile cleaning – keeps your list clean and subscription costs down

Additional segments – target your audience in more specific and more effective ways

Additional flows – automate actions, welcome sequences and series progressions to drive repeat sales

Troubleshooting – fix what’s broken, or help walk you through something

Deep-dive analysis of performance data for your flows and campaigns

Just about anything else Klaviyo-related

Emergency/Priority Maintenance

Priority (emergency) maintenance is billed at $80/hour with a $40 minimum charge.

Generally we can perform urgent maintenance requests the same day providing we receive the request between 7am and 9pm CST, Monday-Saturday.
