You’ve got your Shopify store ready to go, or maybe you’ve already launched it. But, you’d like to have another set of eyes look it over. There’s a lot of detail in setting up a Shopify store, and we can help.
We can perform a store audit to check things over to help ensure all the bits, settings and technical details are all set and ready to go. We’ll dive in and check it for performance, correct settings, user experience, compliance, and successful app integration. In the end, you’ll get a report that is yours to do with what you want. No obligations.
SHOPIFY AUDIT SERVICE
WHAT WE'LL DO
We’ll start off by requesting collaborator access to your Shopify store. Once that’s in place we’ll start our audit.
This includes looking across the following areas of your site:
- Products, collections, tags, and product hierarchy
- Templates, theme, and pages
- Site settings (all 22 categories), apps and sales channels
Specifically we are looking to do the following on your site:
- Identify issues in site or configuration before a site goes live.
- Understand areas for site improvement.
- Focus on customer experience.
- Find areas to improve setup/automation/site function.
- Assistance in locating problem areas.
- Find setting/configurations not optimized prior to (or post) launch
- Identify potential costly mistakes in shipping zone setup
- Recommend ways to improve shop speed
WHAT YOU'LL GET
- A 1-hour Zoom call dedicated to you and your store. We’ll go over the audit, and our findings. You can ask questions and we can discuss a plan moving forward. Again, you’re under no obligation to use us for anything. We’re happy to help however we can.
- A PDF document with notes, comments and suggestions on your site. This covers:
- Site pages and navigation
- Products (setup, construction, tagging, organization, collections, etc.)
- Theme and templates
- Site settings and site setup
- Apps, integrations and sales channels
- Shipping, Taxes, Markets and localizations
- Domains, notifications and payments
- In each section well detail our notes and suggestions. Notes will be color-coded with Red being critical issues, Orange being recommendations that should be considered (but are not critical) and Blue being things to consider for the future.
- A “top-10” things to address on your site list.
HOW IT WORKS
When you’re ready to get started, fill out out contact form to let us know you’re ready for an audit of your Shopify store.
We’ll get in touch with you to get your audit scheduled, ask about any specific concerns you have or problems you’ve seen, and complete payment. We do ask for payment of the audit in full before we get started.
To do the audit we’ll need access to the back end of your Shopify store. For this, we utilize the Shopify Partner program. We’ll send you a collaborator request that will have all the access permissions we’ll need prefilled. All you need to do it accept the request.
Next we perform the audit. Occasionally we have questions during the process. When this happens, we’ll reach out in email.
Once we’re done, we’ll reach out to you to schedule a 1-hour Zoom call to review the document. We’ll send it early so you have time to review it and prep any questions you might have.
At that point, the document is yours. If you’d like to continue to work with us, we’d love to help. But you are under no obligations to have us do any work for you moving forward.
